Sep 1, 2009 - Attached is information about the YMCA national youth exchange program that youth groups from your community may be interested in. The program is a reciprocal exchange for youth groups between the ages of 12 and 17. Groups are twinned with a group in another region of Canada. The focus of exchanges is community engagement. Youth become involved in their home community and get to experience another Canadian community. Participants receive the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, learn about citizenship, and discover their role in Canadian society.
