The City of Edmonton will be operating the Outdoor Pools this summer from May 17 to September 1, 2008. There will be public swimming daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and we will be offering aquafit, lane swimming, swim training, giant aquatic inflatables and more. All City of Edmonton Admission Plans, Leisure Access Program, and Splash & Ride passes will be accepted. Private rentals are available for corporate, community or family events. Pools will close during severe weather. (Fred Broadstock and Queen Elizabeth Outdoor Pools are closed for renovations)

May 26, 2008 - This year we would like to offer Community Leagues the opportunity to for their members to enjoy swimming at the City of Edmonton’s three outdoor Pools, Borden Park, Oliver and Mill Creek. Your Community League members can access any one of the outdoor pools for Community Swims on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays May 17 to September 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.



If your community chooses to participate in the Summer Community Swim at Outdoor Pools, the members of your community would show their valid Community League membership for 2007/08 at any of the three outdoor pools on Sundays to Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The cost for your Community League to participate from May 17 – September 3rd is a fee of $495.00.



As always Community League members can also access outdoor pools at a discounted rate through the Community League Wellness Program. If their members show a valid Community League Membership Card, they get 20% off an annual pass and 15% off a multiple admission pass.
